WARRANTY, LIMITED WARRANTY, AND DISCLAIMER

Universal Components, Inc. warrants all products sold to be free from defect in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for two years from the date of delivery. Warranty is provided that said products are used in accordance to Universal Components, Inc.’s recommended usage and specifications.

Warranty is not extended to any products or parts which have been modified, altered, or repaired in the field. Universal Components, Inc.’s total liability for any and all losses and damages arising from any cause shall, in no event, exceed the purchase price of the product. All equipment requiring repair or replacement under warranty must be returned to our factory or alternate location as we may determine postage and transportation prepaid.

Universal Components, Inc. makes no other warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warrants of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose, with respect to its product and parts whether used alone or in combination with others. The remedy provided for under terms of this warranty is the exclusive remedy of the purchaser.

Under no circumstances will Universal Components, Inc. be responsible for direct, incidental, or consequential damages, even if the possibility of such damages had been made known to Universal Components, Inc. All pricing and specifications are subject to change without notice.
